Data security concerns
Instead of giving a refund, playerspass decided to share the password I set with a 3rd party (restaurant.com support) instead of resetting my password and reaching out to me directly.
It's a huge red flag that playerspass can even access a password that I set - basic wordpress websites have better encryption features than this - and then they go and share the password? Plus, this wouldn't have solved my problem anyway, I had my password but the don't let you change it
Additionally, I did some digging while waiting. They advertise 3000+ courses nationwide but when you count up their actual deals listed on the frontend, it's less than 1500. I have no idea if there are 3000 inside the members area because I couldn't login but based on their lazy security practices, I doubt they advertise honestly.
They might have some good deals somewhere but buyers beware!
