I saw this envelope in my mailbox and opened it. Then I realized it wasn't for me. Oddly, it was "returned to sender" and our home address (that we never give out!) was listed as the sender!? I have nothing to do with PEM or USAB Shipping!?!?!? When I called the man in the letter it just beeps. No outgoing message. Then I googled PEM number and the guy answered "this is Kevin". No company name. I explained the situation and he said he would have someone call me back. I said please forward me to another dept he said he couldn't. No one has called back yet. Please follow up as this has me unsettled- someone using my address for this strangeness.
