Placeciyc.com Is a scam!!!

Like many others reporting on here, I ordered and paid for this scooter but never received it! There is no phone number to call to report not receiving it but they sent me an email stating it was delivered on 12/17/2022. We were out of town from 12/16 until 12/22 with no indication it had been delivered.

I purchased a wheelchair from this company and they scammed me on the electric foldable handicap scooter which I never received and paid for I made numerous complaints to them about it in an email and twice they said they sent it out which I’ve never received supposedly went to a town or ZIP Code I’ve never heard of or it don’t even exist all I want is my money back. It’s terrible how this site can rip off someone like me who is physically handicapped and on disability. Can somebody please contact me about this matter all I want is my money back or the scooter I purchased my email is. [email protected] sincerely. Donna.

Item not received

Ordered mobility scooter on10/10/22. Total paid by credit card $49.42. which showed on my credit card. According to the tracking number the package was delivered on 10/25/22. I have not received this. Called my post office and the could not give any information.

This was a Facebook ad. Website seems to be legit, but further checking proved this mobile scooter is available at numerous websites. It is also on Amazon for $889, the price from Placeciyc was $47.98, buy 2 and get free shipping. They also sell extra batteries. I bought both before I did careful checking. They are shown to be in the UK.
