My feet fit great in a 10, other shoes the 10 is too short. When I size up to 10.5 the shoe is often so roomy I can barely keep them on my feet. Bought a 10 pair from there. I loved them, but after a few hours my feet hurt. The shoes is not supportive enough for me and th size is not right. It would be lovely in this era of online shopping if one company’s sizing were consistent.

After spending big bucks on expensive brands and always feeling somehow disappointed, my expectations for these shoes were not particularly high. With good reviews and unbeatable price, I decided to give them a try. these shoes are truly comfortable and stylish. I can use them at home and in the office to stand for hours. I bought the all black ones to give a more elegant look and wear them with all outfits (including skirts, yes). I am buying more of these and a pair for my mom.

Scam. These shoes are a ripoff. Waited 3 weeks for the shoes. Delivered in shrink wrap , no box. Suppose to be leather. They are cheap fabric and styrofoam soles. Impossible to return. Cost to return is more than cost of shoes.
I would suggest you STAY AWAY FROM PIXIE CLOSET. MAJOR RIPOFF...

I picked these up knowing they were cheap shoes so not expecting too much. They are good shoes for the price, I find them tighter and less flexible than I expected (and I purchased size 12 extra wide) - my real issue is with the tread. They do not look like the pictures, instead it is a uniform tread of small deep grooves. This may be great for traction but it squeaks terribly on our hardwood floors and when outside it picks up and retains an astonishing amount of dirt. I have to clean them with a brush every time I walk the dogs.

I placed an order but never received an email confirmation. When I tried to look up my order nothing could be found without an order number. My card was charged the day I placed the order. I tried reaching out to the company with no luck. I reported this to my credit card company and suddenly now Pixie is contacting me. It has been well over a month and I haven't received my shoes. Based on others' reviews their shoes are nothing like their website description. This company is a scam.

My husband purchased these to replace his regular shoes. He was worried about them at first because the piece that goes over the top of your foot is thin. However he keeps wearing it a week and check about how comfortable they are. They don’t hurt to break in or rub and they are not to tight. The fit just right

I bought these for my wife to help her feet feel more comfortable. I didn't ask her about the size and ordered a size 5 that I thought was correct. We received them and the wife loves them. She likes that they are thick soles, comfortable to wear and are fashionable and before she tried them on... she was concerned about the size 5 and was more so thinking she would have ordered a size 6, but the shoes fit her just fine and she said that a size 6 would have been too large. I think she should wear a size 5, but she will typically order a size 6 because she feels that her past history of ordering shoes online has been that when she orders a size 5, they end up being too small. So I recommend ordering these shoes in your normal size and not the "What You Expect from Experience" size.

I like the shoe, I like the fit. The only problem I have with these shoes is the degree of difficulty in actually putting them on in the morning. It takes me no less than two minutes per foot.
It might be handier if the manufacturer of the shoe designed a little hook strap on the back of the shoe collar to hold it up while putting the shoe on. Other than the time it takes me to put them on, I am very happy with my purchase. :)

I order 1 pair of Azzy leather shoes and 1 pair of sandal, and when they arrived, there is no box and had smell. I imediately report them and was answered the smell is normal because of long shipment. I didnt know they shipped from another country. and because shipping return was quite high so i decided to keep it( with 15% refund) and try to use. the smell was disappeared after 3 days and the shoes was streched fit well with my shoes. I think it's fine with it cost. and service is flexible

Sizes are different than told , U.S. 10 is about half a size bigger, that is it seems 43.5 would have been the right size for me ,I feel confuse to choose which size fit me. I bought a sandal to wear in summer and want to feel comfort to wear daily. Then I decided to buy one pair and after such a long time to wait, I picked up it. It smell whe open the bag and after 1 week using it was dissapeared. I felt it ok for the time you wait and the price you paid.

Finally these shoes arrived after a couple weeks. The way they pack the shoes rlly annoyed me. if the shoes didn't make me satisfied, I would have thought about returning them. These shoes feel soft and comfortable. however, the top of the shoe is a bit narrower. It takes a few days to put them on and adjust to the fit.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes, very cute, but they are way too wide to wear. When I contacted them about a return I had to send pictures of my foot measurement and the shoes on my feet to prove I could not wear them. I ordered the correct size based on their size chart. They informed me they are located in Vietnam therefore I would not want to pay for the high cost of the return and they would give me a 10% return! Did I mention I purchased TWO pairs?! $80 worth of brand new shoes I cannot wear!

I boght a AZZY shoes 3 week ago and it on sale so I got a reasonable price. There was some bugs with my order and they said that it was hekd by custom under covid 19 spreading, and they will replace a new items for me. i felt their customer service has been very communicative/ helpful but the process to delivered quite long and product is ok with it cost. Overall very good experience

As far as the shoes goes, very comfortable to begin with. My previous sneaker were very uncomfortable at the start and had to break them in, these are comfortable to begin with so they will only become more comfortable as they are broken in. Only downside for me is that the sole is a bit rigid. I'll post again after a week of use. Highly recommend! The price is unbeatable for the quality

Can't go wrong with this look. I got the white ones.
At first I was alarmed that the fit might be too tight but you just have to break in the shoes and let the ""cloudform"" mould to your foot, which doesn't happen right away. But it's fine now. besides, i could be gotten a 10% refund. nice service!

I received a pair of shoes that were crushed when they arrived. The shoes were wrapped in flimsy plastic. (No box, no bubble wrap, nothing.) They also were so toxic smelling, I had to put them back in the bag because I thought I would vomit. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the damaged shoes. They refused to take them back or refund my money. They told me I would have to send them back to Singapore AT MY OWN EXPENSE. THIS COMPANY IS CRAP. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They told me to “ The shoes you placed are made of Industrial leather and the product has an unpleasant odor, possibly during the shipping process, the shoes might have been affected by odors from other products. Moreover, As our products are 100% new so the smell is normally. Hence, You can eliminate the smell by using odor-reducing, germ-killing sprays or you can wash it with some lime to get rid of this smell and after few days, this smell will be gone.” WTF?! Brand new shoes (NOT leather, by the way - mine are cheap plastic with some knit material on top) and I’m supposed to spray them and wash them?! F-ing scammers!

I agree! Had the same problem, left them in my closet to air out my closet begin to stink! They are advertised as orthopedic but have no arch support what so ever. I felt they were made of very cheap material!

I have not ordered from Pixie Closet, but I did from Jane's Closet. Looks to be the same scam. My shoes I ordered and received were also complete junk. Got the run around for weeks in an attempt to return them. I did get satisfaction as I DID A DISPUTE WITH THE CREDIT CARD I USED AND I GOT A REFUND. Let's not take this treatment from these fraudsters any more! Dispute the credit card charge. Every time the retailer receives a dispute it costs them about $20.00 in fees. You can initiate a dispute more than once for the same item/order which dings the crooks again! Remember all you good people, dispute, dispute, dispute and put these crooks out of business!

I had been through not quite happy experiences with this closet and I decided to put a dispute too but I was not lucky to get the refund like you. My bank just let me filed the claim once and the money just temporarily went back to my balance for a while before the final decision of the bank. They resolved that I lost and the money just gone forever. So, you should go check if the money just went back temporarily or you truly won the dispute. I've disputed several times with other shops and sometimes I won the money, sometimes I lost. Totally not know how bank works but I think they will not let me win all the time. That my experience with disputing the online payment.

I read the poor reviews and was very nervous to order from this company. Moving forward, I purchased the shoes and received them 3 weeks later! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and had no issues with the packages and quality. I am a real user and don’t let these reviews scare you. I am overall very pleased with my experience and will order from them again!

These reviews aren’t to scare just to warn others of the scams that have happened to me and countless other people. I’m happy you’re one of the lucky ones, but beware if you order anything else because if they don’t fit you will not get a refund, but you’ll get a discount on those items, even though you can’t use them:)
