Sorry you like shoes. Days n days emailing Jen customer service, Joke. Would not provide me. Sent them back anyways, she said it was my Fault…SCAM Alert not a reputable company. Lesson learned! Don’t shop crap posted on Facebook!

Looked up comfortable sandals. Ordered a pair. Took a month to get. Opened the bag & the chemical smell almost knocked me out. Also there is no way these would fit unless my foot was as fat as a watermelon. Cheap plastic. No leather. Yet here was there reply when I emailed:
“Thank you for your email and bringing it to our attention. My name is Jen, Pixie customer service officer and I am here to assist you. I have tracked and found out your order #8834880-PXE, including Casual Women Breathable Wedge Comfy Sandals - Fit All Width Foot Sandals Gray / US 7
So regretted hearing you're not satisfied with our products.
The shoes you placed are made of Industrial leather and the product has an unpleasant odor, possibly during the shipping process, the shoes might have been affected by odors from other products. Moreover, As our products are 100% new so the smell is normally. Hence, You can eliminate the smell by using odor-reducing, germ-killing sprays or you can wash it with some lime to get rid of this smell and after few days, this smell will be gone.” They went on to say I Could return them if I wanted but I had to pay shipping to Vietnam which would be very high. They said they thought that they could convince their manager to refund me 20% if I just kept the shoes. Total scammers. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered because there are so many horrible reviews saying the same things I would have never ordered from them.

They offered me 30% off even though they don’t fit and I can’t wear them. They offered me to send them to Vietnam at my cost, then told me because of the high cost of shipping to Vietnam I’d be better taking the 30% discount. They suck

Pixie is definitely a RIP OFF SCAM...my supposed "orthopedic" shoes arrived stuck together in a plastic bag, the smell of formaldehyde or whatever chemical was so strong and literally made me sick, I threw them immediately in the TRASH. Gosh, their ad was so professional looking...BUT I learned a lesson in this...google reviews on any company with products coming from China!

Ok but really had you posted the fact it was coming from out of USA I would not even had purchase them from you ! Your company is all around deceitful . I could care less about the measly 10% but I assure you this will go a long way amongst my customers I serve, I love telling a good story and empower people with an unsavory company like yours and to stay away , see my also on Facebook and twitter face time , your underhanded company will not go unnoticed! Yelp!
Thanks for nothing !

Yes! Me too. Trying to make their lives miserable by bugging them in email, going all over the internet and complaint sites spreading the word about these scammers!

Grid size is not correct. Offense. Very big. Of course, they don't hold leg. because I ordered without looking at their size chart, ordered the wrong size. they were still kind and gave me a discount code to buy a new pair. the quality is low, but for the price paid is fine. So in the end I decided to buy a new pair and gave the shoes to a friend. Luckily, it fits her better.

Pixie Closet is a scam, in their website they offer very pretty shoes, supposedly orthopedic. They show photographs and videos that makes you think their products are very good quality, but when you get the product you can't believe what you see: very low fabric quality, no arch support at all, the shoes are completely flat and very uncomfortable. They don't return your money. Their advertisement appears listed when searching for well recognized brands.
Google, I think you shouldn't let a company that is based on lies to advertise on your platform.

I ordered two pairs of size 11 Orthopedic slip-ons. After waiting 3 weeks I received shoes and a plastic bag no box no invoice. The shoes were clearly marked size 43 which is a 10. When I reached out to them they told me to send the picture of my foot the size on the back of the shoe which I did two weeks later they email me with an excuse that they were having trouble at their corporate headquarters that it was too late for a refund that shoe sizing was correct that 43 is a size is a size 11. If you look at their shoe chart they only go up to 10 and 1/2. They told me that I should give shoes to friends or family and they will not give me a refund. I'm out $60 in change what can I do now.

DO NOT BUY - RIP OFF - SCAM
I would give them no stars.
When I received my sandals they were too small. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. They wanted me to send them a picture of my foot next to the sandal and measure it in inches. Then they said the offices are now closed in California. They also need to let you know they come from Shanghai. Never gave me information on how to return sandals.
On the site, they have 4 good ratings. Please check other complaints. Had to file a dispute with VISA.

I received my “orthopedic” sandkes one month later. WHAT A RIPOFF! They did not even have a tag on the shoe , nor invoice. There is conflicting info in their website so I am confused if I can return these or not. They are poorly made and no way I can wear them unless I had a foot as fat as a watermelon.

Sooo. How can you return something when there is no paperwork to get a refund.

This company needs to put on their site that these come from another country as I would not have ordered them if I had known.

Is there any recourse in recovering my $33.00!

Thank you.

I just had the same problem and they want me to send them a picture of my foot so they can decide if the shoes fit or not. I purchased mine with my AMX card so I will report them and they will fight the charge for me.

Don't Buy From Pixie Closet. If return is needed FORGET IT . NOT HAPPENING.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! The advertised sizing is at least 2 sizes too small. Not a well made shoe. Horrible product. Reached out to customer service and was refused refund.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They are very sneaky— advertising strategically. In my case, I searched for “most comfortable sandals” and clicked on a Good Housekeeping article with 15 Most Comfortable Sandals of 2021. The article included pictures and links, and Pixie Closet’s advertisement was included in the list so that it appeared to be one of the 15. Super cute shoes and when I clicked, I found even more cute shoes. I had been shopping the day before and had seen sandals marked at 1/2 off, making them around $30-35, so when I saw the same prices at Pixie Closet, I got excited. They had great info about orthotics and comfort— all great selling points. The “order now” time limit should have been a sign NOt to trust them, but I assumed they only had a limited stock at that price. So I placed the order.

Almost immediately I received a confirmation email that stated it would be up to ten days before they began production, and then to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery! Summer would be halfway over by then, plus, I would be way out of the threshold of returning them. So I replied to the email: “Please cancel.”

I called my CC company and they said unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to help. Thankfully, I used PayPal! I called them, and they filed a dispute.

Then Pixie closet emailed and said they understood I wanted to cancel, but because I had already filed a dispute with PayPal, they would not be able to refund. But if I would cancel the dispute with PayPal, they would refund, less a 30% processing fee! Over $55 when I literally tried to cancel moments after placing the order! Knowing PayPal was also working on it, I ignored and got a second email saying that because I had not canceled the dispute with PayPal, they would send my order anyway!

I called PayPal again and they told me to ignore any correspondence from the seller. I later heard from PayPal that they have resolved my case in my favor and are refunding the full amount.

I wish I had used PayPal when I bought my crap shoes. You dodged a bullet. They are cheap crap, stink of chemicals and wouldn’t fit my foot unless I had a disease that made my foot swell up. I am emailing them and posting about them everywhere. Scammers.

I bought 3 Bra's from Pixie they have plastic arm holes cut out no strapes. I paid over 80.00 for junk !

I ordered two pairs of shoes that were supposed to be orthopedic. They were not. Horrid construction. Poor stitches and did not fit. Cheapest looking and feeling shoes I have ever had. They refused to refund. Do not buy from them. Not reputable.

+10

I got these on sale and am so glad to purchase them! I'm enjoying this sandal, though it's a little narrower than I would like. The overall fit was narrow, even though the foot bed was exactly the right length. Well made, nice look that gives a great summer vibe to any outfit.. Biggest issue for me, no arch support. I need arch support. I'm sad to say I will have to return them, since I have to have shoes with arch support.

+2

Hahaha good luck with returning them. They will tell you that you have to PT return shipping yourself to Viet Nam ($$$$!) and then they will tell you to keep the shoes and offer you 10% off your NEXT purchase. They are scammers!

After waiting a month to receive my order, the wrong size (36 when a 37 was ordered)was sent for one pair, and the other pair were defective - the buckles on the shoes do not fasten. I contacted customer service, sent all the required photos, including one measuring my foot(!) but they would not refund my purchase price. Their return policy supposedly allows for wrong size/defective products but they have not honored their own policy. Besides that, the shoes are NOT orthopedic so that's misleading and a misrepresentation of their product. They are at best, cheap leather shoes of inferior construction. Stephanie S.

These slip-ons i bought are highly comfortable for daily wear, but it is NOT for summer daily It is good only for walking. I do not give it 5 stars as during summer, the feet becomes quite warm after using the shoes for a long duration. one of my favorite shoes. But shiping is long and i spent too much time to get it

+1

I love these shoes! They look so good that several coworkers asked where I got them. My only issue is that they aren't ORTHOPEDIC as I've experienced with other shoes I've had

I bought this pair of shoes for a long trip, which I had to walk a lot. I walked mostly flat surface though with few hilly places. It was very comfortable at the beginning and was easy and comfortable for the airplane use. I felt like wearing socks, and was good. But after a week my feet were moving around in the shoes, which got too large. I could wear it like a slipper, and can still wear for a short walk. But these shoes are not for a long walk. Definitely not for hiking, these are good for a short walk or for a city-walk. Office use may be good. I recommend buying a 0.5 - 1 size smaller, since it will get larger very soon.

I went on the internet searching for orthopedic shoes under the name of pixie shoes. I received the shoes and they reeked of chemicals and did not fit. I texted pixie support and reached Vietnam or somewhere else. They said to spray the shoes and then use lemon juice. I said I wanted a refund of 58 dollars and per e mail he said return them for full refund. I went to post office and they said shipping costs are 48 to 50 dollars. That option was out. They also said to keep them and they will put five dollars back in my account. I called the number they gave me and no one answers. I finally went to goggle reviews and they were absolutely the worst, calling it a scam. They said they were stuck with shoes that were junk, the postage to send back was more than the purchase. I e mailed them that I wanted a full refund. Another company listed was located at 16192 coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958

I have been emailing them daily just to harass them because they are scammers. Was told the same thing although they told me: “The shoes you placed are made of Industrial leather and the product has an unpleasant odor, possibly during the shipping process, the shoes might have been affected by odors from other products. Moreover, As our products are 100% new so the smell is normally. Hence, You can eliminate the smell by using odor-reducing, germ-killing sprays or you can wash it with some lime to get rid of this smell and after few days, this smell will be gone.”
Who should have to spray and wash brand new shoes?! PLUS there is NO leather on these shoes. It’s cheap crappy plastic and some knit material. These would also never fit my feet unless they were super swollen. Scammers!
