I typically wear a size 8.5 or 9 regular, depending on how narrow the shoes are. My feet are a little wide, but not wide enough that I have to buy exclusively wide shoes. I first bought 8.5, and they were too long for my feet, but really comfortable and well designed apart from that. So I exchanged them for an 8 but they didn't accept that! They gave me a discount code and a partial refund, and I bought a new shoe! The design makes them stand out from your basic ballerina flat. I would definitely recommend them, but be willing to try a few sizes to find the right fit. It's great that their shoes are actually "wide" since it's so hard to find genuinely wide, comfortable shoes.

Finally, a flat shoe I can wear and be comfortable with! I'm on my feet a lot at my job and I don't care for flats but can't do heels anymore. I need closed-toed shoes too. Got the black and brown. I wore the black around the house for several hours to kind of break them in and see how they were going to feel. I felt like they were going to work for me. Wore them to work the next day for over 8 hours and I was happy! They did give a bit and my feet didn't hurt! I'm happy I gave them a try. I'm a true 8 1/2 and sometimes have to get 9 because 8 1/2's aren't available. 9s are almost always too big. These were true 8 1/2 fit. So order your normal size unless you have wider feet, I'd get wide in your size.

I purchased a pair of Reef sandals from the local big box store, and thought that I had a women's model because of the heel support. After I wore that pair out, I started to miss that cushion! My yard is full of sharp surprises, and regular closed cell foam sandals get paper thin real fast. And since I'm flat-footed, all my weight goes onto the heel. So that heel support really helps.. My new ones are also lasting. Jagged rocks, broken glass and even pieces of rebar left sharp end up don't penetrate, or even leave a mark on the soles. Size matches my shoe size pretty well. They're a bit snug at first, but with wear they can easily be slipped into & out of. I can't imagine any use for the bottle opener (glass bottles at the beach is a no-no) but if we were ever kidnapped from a tropical vacation, MacGyver could probably use the bits of steel to free us. ;

Have been suffering from severe plantars fasciitis due to being on my feet most of the day. When I would get home I simply wanted to take my shoes off and give my feet a break.

But with previous sandles, I was making things worse. These live up to their advertised purpose and have allowed my feet to start healing from the pain. I know it won't happen overnight, but the results I've experienced from only a couple of weeks of use, I feel confident that over time these will help my condition heal completely.

Also, bought the Kuro shoes for everyday wear and the combination is definitely the answer to my foot pain.

I like mine a little loose. I wear 11/11.5 shoes depending on style and buy these in a 12. They take about two days for the straps to loosen but are NEVER uncomfortable. These are my fourth pair of Reef's and they still feel like the first pair. They have great arch support (I have plantar fasciitis and need arch support, these have it) and have wonderful cushioning without being soft. Just buy any type of Reef's and you won't be disappointed.

UPDATE: The above review was written two years ago and I didn't follow my own review. I was trying to save money so I bought an inexpensive pair and regretted it all summer. They never fit correctly and were almost dangerous to wear. This year I bought Reefs again and I'm so happy I did. So SKIP the others and just buy Reefs.

When I first researched these I was unsure how they would fit compared to shoe sizes and while I normally wear a 10~11 (depending on the shoe brand) I went with the 10 instead of rounding up to the 11 as most people recommend because 11s were out of stock at the time. When I initially received them the straps were way too tight but the otherwise were spot on the right size and comfortable. I originally considered returning them because of the tight strap issue but instead I decided to see if they would just break in a little. Honestly it was mainly just because I was leaving on vacation in a couple of days and needed sandals, and my only other option was those the thin foam ones, which I cannot stand. But much to my pleasant surprise after wearing them for a few hours they loosened up a bit and are now by far the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. I don't wear sandals that often so I have no doubt that I am going to own these for a very long time.

I just put these sandals on and I don't want to take them off - they are really, really comfy. The heel height is just right and the elastic ankle strap feels secure without being too tight. They are very lightweight, which I love. Last, but not least, the style is very flattering; I think they'll look great with either pants/leggings or a summer dress. I'm thinking about getting a second pair in another color.

I was looking for shoes to wear at work that don't hurt and these fit the bill. The soles are just a tiny bit squishy, the heel isn't too high. My feet feel great after wearing them all day and they're cute!

The back strap can stretch up with your heel while you walk and it wears like a flip flop sometimes but they never fall off or feel bad. It just makes a flip floppy sound while I'm walking the halls.

Worth it for the comfort!

This is a very nice looking shoe at a reasonable price. The size 8 fits me perfectly. The higher heel makes this a shoe perfect for dresses, dress pants or jeans. I have not worn this shoe for more than 2 to 3 hours at a time but found them easy to walk in and had no pain or problems within that time length. I have the taupe color and love it. I have had this shoe for a very short time so cannot speak to durability although I have several pairs of the brand that have held up extremely well

I wanted something with a heel to get away from flat sandals and flipflops. I have always found a wedge heel the way to go for comfort and stability. Past sixty years old, I don't feel comfortable wearing spiky high heels. This is a great option to dress up jeans without killing yourself. The cork heel is so summer and they don't slide around. I love this shoe and will no doubt buy more in other colors next summer. It came very fast and was packaged well. I would use this seller again.

Love these crocs! Family planned a vacation to Disney and we heard that to avoid blisters we should purchase a pair of crocs. Needless to say, they saved our vacation. I wore nothing but the cros while we were there. I didn't want to take the chance of getting blisters walking 25,000 steps a day for 10 days. They are quick and easy to dry after getting wet, can be worn with or without short socks, are very comfortable to walk in, cushioned and arch support. Toe width has enough room for comfortable spread with no rubbing on sides or top of toes. I wouldn't recommend any other shoe for Disney or for sore tired feet. Just love them!

I ordered three pairs of shoes 2 months ago and I have not received them yet it was paid by my Visa card I would like to know when I'm going to get him call me or leave me an email my name is Margaret long my email is long Margaret [email protected] my home address is 2625 South 287th Street Federal Way Washington 98003 and I would like to know where is my order and when am I going to receive it if I'm going to receive it please contact me as soon as possible thank you

I bought this shoe in size 6 for me and size 8 foe my mother. It fits perfectly. Most comfortable shoe or clog ever. They are also ugly but they are so ugly that they are cute. To be clear, I bought these to wear with fluffy socks so I have the room I need (my feet are not wide) when wearing the fluffy socks. The strap can be in the back or in the front. I like having it across my heel when wearing socks. Feet don't sweat thanks to all of the vents. You can wear these things all day, 10-12 hours and your feet and legs will hold out. So buyer beware, if you try them you will love them

I ordered $175.08 worth of orthopedic shoes from Pixie Closet. I received 5 out 6 pair of shoes and there was no packing slip. I let them know through e-mail that day, that I wanted to return them because they did not fit and were not the quality that I expected or shown on their website. I have contacted them several times about getting a refund and sending them back. They started out by saying they would give 15%, then 20%, then 30 %, then 50% back of the purchase price if I would send them back to Vietnam. This would cost me $48.00 and I don't even know if this is a real address. I have spent a lot of money for garbage that I can't even return or get a refund.

I just wanted to say that this company is a SCAM! All the good reviews on here are FAKE! Do not buy from this company! PIXIE CLOSET https://www.pixieclo et.com They ship from Asia and it takes over a month to get. The product is a HORRIBLE quality! Cannot be used at all! Not even at home... No refund and no returns offered. They agreed to accept a return but if I ship to Singapore. And they were to pay back 20%. I WILL BE TRYING TO PUT THESE GIYS OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP! SCAMING AMERICANS WITH FLASHY PHOTOS. BEWARE! And dispute with your bank or credit card this company as a fraud. this is the best way to put them out of business if enough people report this scam.

Actual shoe looks NOTHING like the pictures. Shoe didn't fit. Company refused to return my money. Like someone else mentioned, if I'd known they were in Singapore, I would not have purchased these. A relatively inexpensive lesson to research a company prior to purchasing. This shoe is made poorly, is NOT orthopedic, is made out of some stinky, cheap plastic material. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. That's my suggestion.

I ordered a pair of orthopedic sneakers online and when they arrived they were too small and uncomfortable. I emailed the next day requesting info on returning them and getting a refund and they kept telling me in multiple emails that I needed to report within 10 days (which I did) and they would give me a 10% refund and 20% discount for my next order, but nothing about where to return them or receive refund info. The paperwork says the company is based in Singapore (which if I knew prior to ordering I would not have ordered) and the shipping label has a Springfield Gardens (Queens County) NY return address. Buyers beware of this company!

Pixie Closet claims to sell "orthopedic" shoes, as well as shoes that will correct a bunion, but they are just cheaply made, hard, flat shoes with no arch. What's worse, they are not true to size--all too small. They refuse to refund your money and won't exchange the size (another lie--they claim that if you aren't satisfied, they'll "make it right"). You will be stuck with shoes that don't fit and are not "orthopedic" by any sense of the word. This website is a scam, don't buy anything from them.

They remind me of the 90s and I’m so glad platforms are coming back. I’m pretty short so this is a comfortable way for me to look taller! I’ve worn these. Few times now and gotten so many compliments. They’re very comfortable and I always wear a 6-6.5. I bought these in a 6 and they fit perfectly. I marked them down a star because they are very slippery on wood or tile surfaces... also I have rolled my ankle a few times but that’s just because I’m old and haven’t worn platforms in years! Lastly, the elastic on the ankle slips off sometimes and makes the shoe basically flies off. I would buy again and in a different color. Definitely recommend!

My experience was very bad with Pixie Closet. The product is made with very bad quality and it smells awful chemicals. Scammers .. they need to be put out of business
