Scam

Same as all the others. Bought three pair. One pair too small. Sandals, individually wrapped, smelled like jet fuel or some other strong chemical. Customer service offered 10% back instead of sending shoes back because it would be so expensive. I’m confused About why it would be so expensive to send it back, because did they really spend that much money to send this used to me?

I finally got my 80. back and yes they wanted 27. to send back to Vietnam?! Shoes were total garbage, had a toxic smell and did not even fit. They tried to reverse the dispute but I was persistant with my credit card company and months later I finally recieved a permanent credit. I hate to see other scammed by this company but yes if you paid by credit card you can get your money back and throw out the shoes!

Do not purchase ! Stay away

Extremely extremely poor quality, shoe look nothing like pictures. Definitely not orthopedic. Strong chemical odor. Stitching is not aligned to back of shoe. Will not refund me. Refund policy is a lie. They are scammers. Even if it’s a manufacturer error they will not refund you. Both pairs going in the garbage !

The worst shoes

The shoes say they are orthopedic and they are NOT! Additionally, the shoes are made out of low quality materials. They smell of old tires. They will not honor a return. They said the shoes are what I ordered and not damaged. Their return policy makes you believe you can return them if you do not like them, but they are double speaking now and saying I cannot return them.

Sadly I was victim of these creeps too. Given the same runaround about the refund and offered 15% for the worst looking, awkward cheaply made junk shoes you could ever find. Looked nothing like what was in the site. A complete ripoff! I am ashamed that I got caught in this scam :( My lust for cheap cute shoes got me screwed.

Useless Product and Terrible Company

The shoes I received from these people are terrible. They aren’t wearable and they smell of an awful chemical type odor, which to be honest seems harmful. They won’t take returns. (They sort of have a return policy but it’s completely unreasonable.) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This company is completely fraudulent. I purchased 4 pair of "orthopedic" shoes. Took nearly 2 months to ship. Shoes are cheaply made with flimsy material. There is absolutely no arch support or footbed structure. Shoe quality is awful. Customer service is completely unhelpful. Total scam. They refuse to accept a product return or refund my money. I'll probably just have to throw these shoes in the trash. DO NOT BUY! Negative reviews on their website are immediately deleted. Positive reviews are fake.

Garbage product, Garbage service

I purchased my shoes over 3 months ago and I'm STILL waiting for a refund. The shoes I order came looking nothing like the pictures, were definitely not orthotic and did not fit correctly, either too big, too small,or just simply awkwardly made. I contacted them to return them and was given a run around and an offer of 15% returned and 30% discount on a new purchase..I said NO THANK YOU, I'll return them at my cost to ship to Vietnam and still want all $126 of my money back from them. Its been over 2 months since I shipped them and still no refund. According to my tracking, they keep refusing the package and requesting a later delivery date.. I wish i did better reasearch before clicking the purchase button... can someone shut them down already?!

I purchased two pairs of shoes from Pixie Closet. The ad claims the shoes are orthopedic shoes. One pair has absolutely no support - it's like walking barefoot. The other pair caused pain down the outside of my foot and pressure on the big toe. I contacted the company to return them and was told that since there is no defect - that is how they are designed, I was not eligible to return them. I don't have a picture with me but I bought an ankle boot (no support one) and a walking shoe (pain-inducing one).

I cant believe they also sell tissue holders. Hope they have more designs.
The crystal tissue holder is very elegant You can have it anywhere to make a room super beautiful. You can not put the tissue box in. So take the tissue out of the box in put the tissue in there as is

I seldom write reviews, but I was happy to find this shoe still available when I shopped 2 days ago. Most amazing is that the USPS delivered it on time today. This is my 3rd pair in this style; I have worn the cork and the black for several years. I've tried other styles, but they aren't as good as this style. The cork pair is showing its age!This one, too, is versatile like the cork. I love that this shoe has an adjustable buckle, not just Velcro closures to secure the shoe to my foot. I have done a lot of walking in these shoes. I can adjust the Velcro, but the buckle is what holds the show securely to my foot. When I received the package, I opened, adjusted the buckle strap to the tightest-fitting hole, and it was like putting on an old pair of shoes. I'm happily wearing new shoes.

I'm a true 6 but slightly wide. Normally I'd try wide or 6.5, they weren't available, so glad. These were surprisingly comfortable, held my foot securely, not too tight. These sandals are easy to wear and super cute. They look great with my work slacks for my biz casual office - but also are great for casual outings. Comfortable enough to wear for daily wear.

I love these shoes! They're exactly what I was looking for and for a great price! The shoe size guide helped me choose the right size! I like them. The first day they hurt my feet (wide feet), but by the end of the second day wearing them, they had stretched and were good. Cannot wait for the black to restock in my size. Incredibly quick delivery also.

I purchased NANO DOUBLE-SIDED TRANSPARENT ADHESIVE TAPE. The tape is strong enough (unlike the wide velcro I'd used before) to keep the power blocks for computer, printer, etc., from falling off the underside walls of my husband's desk. Since I was the only one who could crawl around and secure them I'm glad to have this tape!

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes for my 16 days trip to Europe, I packed a pair of sneakers and one pair of orange shoes for the trip. I wore it for 2 days, it's so light and comfortable, then decided not to bring my sneakers (heaver). The orange color is great and stylish, I replaced w my own orthotic pad, I wore it and hiked 6 hours one of these days w no problems at all. (Note: These shoes are not designed for "wide" and "high arch" foot. The rubber smell goes away in one day, price is perfect, it does not matter where is it made. It is a high quality product). BTW, you do not even have to pack slippers if you travel a lot.

I love these shoes! They fit well and are sliming on my feet. I'm somebody that owns several pairs of Pixie. I bought them in my usual size and they fit well. I usually buy the classic style but decided to try this style with the larger soles because my bestie has this pair and I thought they were cute. I like them! These definitely feel snugger than the classic style but I know these stretch out like crazy so very soon here they'll be broken in. Very pleased!

Just the right heel height I was looking for: not a grandma sized heel and not a teenager heel. Just right! Comfortable and I can adjust and move the straps around a little bit to miss a callous or two! These will look good with shorts or summer dresses.

These sandals were comfortable wearing them the first time. The heel height is just right for a older person. The straps are placed so that they do not rub wrong on any toes. The sole of the sandal is a material that doesn't let your foot slide. They are super comfortable. A great purchase!

I paid $55.90 for 2 pairs of supposedly orthopedic shoes. Orthopedic my back side! NOT! Just try to return them. The cost for shipping is more than the shoes cost. And, I am sure they know that and count on it. A real bonafide rip-off! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

These are my favorite flats ever! I have them in black, brown, and gray and want more! I started wearing these for a retail job(selling shoes lol) where I had to wear black dress shoes and these were perfect. They stretch to fit your feet easily and painlessly. They feel tight at first but break in quickly without rubbing. Every other pair of dress flats I've purchased have given me blisters on the backs of my feet, and these never have!
