This was an add on Instagram. The website seemed legit like a Chinese dropshipping company. I made the purchase with a credit card to help minimize risk of exposure to fraud. I waited 2 months for my order. Got tracking that said it was delivered. Reached out to the company to say it was not. They were quick to reply. They apologized, and said they would resend. I got new tracking. 15 days later it said it arrived. It did not. I reached out again asking for a refund. They promised a refund in 15 -20 days. I waited 25 days. No refund. I reached out again, and they sent a comical email with the words "refund successfully" and no evidence of the time, date, total, my name, order number or address
