These Indian people were trying to contact me, and get my Social security and date of birth for employment opportunities. See below for the email coming from them. Watch for a Mike Harris and Sam from Pinnacle-technology.

Claimed to be offering an Administrative Assistant III position for UPS. 24 month contract. Not temporary- permanent. There is no such position on UPS website. *Asked for social security number* scam.

I am seeking employment and a person representing Pinnacle Technology, contacted me this week by phone. The person asked about personal information. They have contacted me via email as well but kept texting about a job offer. I asked them to stop texting and ultimately blocked them. They recently texted me again from a different number. I called the company and got hung up on the phone. They are the scammiest of scammers. Do not entertain anything they have to say.

I received an email from this company for an Adminsitrative Assistant position with UPS. After speaking to the they wanted my DOB and SSN. I declined. Immediately I received an email from another person at the same company and a phone call. They are scammers. Do not provide them anything.

Job Contract 11+ Months //

Pay Rate - $21.00/hr. on w2

Job Time: 7:00 AM to 03:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Qualifications:

Performs general office/clerical/shipping and production support duties.

Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access and Outlook knowledge.

Administration Front Desk: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Tasks:

Daily

· Answer phones

· Verify visitor / vendor safety orientation is current

· Generate purchase orders in Access

· Fax purchase orders after approved

· Create yellow inventory tags for storeroom purchase orders

· Escorting visitors/ warehouse pick-ups / Product transporters (shared between 3 people)

· Provide product shipping documentation to drivers

· Scan and email product shipment to Mecs logistics mailbox

· Post product shipments in excel spreadsheet

· Print SDS’s for product shipments

· FedEx outbound shipments

· Gate clearances / Gate Badges as needed

Weekly

· Inventory office and kitchen supplies – Costco / Office Depot order as needed

· Inventory product / Country labels and order as needed

· Assist with contractor timecard process

Monthly

· Month end shipments reconciliation preferred not mandatory

· Assist with month end close when needed. Also Order Lab labels

· Empty bins of company confidential documents to be prepared for shredding, located in three areas on site

Yearly

· Create new files for Accounts Payable and Shipping

· Box up year-end files with vault labels and update database

· Create new binders for the year

· Schedule shredding for documents

· Create new Product Lot Number sequence sheet and laminate

Was contacted by phone as well as email with Job offer for UPS. Gave all my info when told I was hired to start Aug. 13th, 2018. Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Bank Account Info for direct deposit. I was contacted both by phone and email and was told they got my info and resume from Monster.Com. from the person below and this is what the final email read.....

Congratulations! You have been offered the position Administrative Assistant I (8488453). Please confirm your availability ASAP.

Please provide your full SSN so that we can initiate your background. If you have any concern let me know.

Nick Carter from Pinnacle Technology sent me a email telling me that UPS is hiring a Helper Coordinator (7649520) in my home town. I called UPS and asked them if they hired a company to help them find staff, and they said that they DO NOT. UPS stated that any and all job positions are posted on there web site. Pinnacle Technology's web site only listed a New Jersey address and phone number: 2001 US 46 Waterview Plaza STE310., Parsippany, NJ 07054 (484) 951-0801. However Nick Carter called me from Houston, TX but I could not find an address or phone number on the web site. Also, Nick Carter stated that UPS was looking for a "Helper Coordinator" and that title is NOT used by UPS. Also, Nick Carter has a very strong Eastern Indian accent, which leads me to believe that the call center must be in India.Also if you do a google look up on the 973-931-7311 you'll see that many people have been scammed by Nick Carter!!

Receive email about a potential job opportunity through a Temp Agency. I accepted the job. The person who contacted me gave me instructions regarding start date and time to report to the job site. Upon agreement to accepting the position, my personal info was given (birth date and social security number). I reported to the job site at 8:00am the next morning as instructed and I contacted the Associate from the Temp Agency to confirm I was there and to send me a form/time card to log in my hours worked for the day. The Associate seemed unaware that I was supposed to report to the job site. He said he would contact the Hiring Manager at the job site and call me back. I never received a call back and numerous attempts to contact him by email went unanswered. I then tried to contact him by phone but it seemed the contact number I called which he called me from would not go through. I then contacted the Temp Agency and was told the department I was trying to reach all left for the day. The person who answered did not seem at all concerned about what I was calling about. At this point, I did not feel that this Temp Agency was legit. I had given my personal information to this person who I could no longer get a hold of. I ask you to please investigate as I feel that it is a scam to get an individual's personal information.
