Type of a scam Debt Collections

This company claims to be a mediation company. They call family members over and over leaving personal information and use means of legal threats. They also misrepresent themselves initially as a department of the county that you reside in. They then say that they want payment from you. The voicemails left are from an Amanda Davis but you don't actually get to speak to that person.

I received a call from Alan Montgomery of Pinnacle Corporation Rental to help me sell my timeshare. Mr. Montgomery stated that he would advertise my timeshare unit and by 30-60 days the timeshare will be sold. He stated that he needed to check with I had a deed on this Timeshare and will call me back. He called me back within a week. He stated everything looks good and that he can start getting people to look at our Unit. He sent me a contract to read and stated that it would cost me and my husband $2,150 and he guantee that we can get a least 26,000 for this unit. I sent the $2,150 thru ACH debt. He called me back and stated that Calvin Baylor and salesperson will walk us thru until the timeshare is sold. I tried calling Calvin Baylor the ext he gave me is not valid. I call Mr. Alan Montgomery several times for two months. His website suspended. I felt that I have been SCAM. I talked to Blue Green at 239-362-9775. After talking to an salesperson Jeremiah said yes this is a SCAM. I felt that if they knew maybe they stop this. They ask for money to help me get some of my money back by charging me $39 to advest my Unit. I Need some help in getting my money back.

Sheila Houston contacted me on 1/28/2016 stating that I would be served papers on 1/29/2016 due to a account that was in collections and it hasn't been paid. And another person by the name of Steven Gibson called stating the same thing as Sheila Houston said. The amount stated was for $185.28, but I googled the phone number later and it came up to be spam. Please help me resolve this issue with this so called agency by the name of Pinnacle. Also told me that I have 24 hours to respond or I will be served. This is the second time this has happened to me from this same company, I just found out from my bank that it's the same people that took $522.14 out of my account in 2014. Please help
