Wrong order! No contact number ..only email to which they NEVER RESPOND

Ordered a new case and screen protector for my new Samsung S23 ultra phone and screen protector. Out of pocket costs about 90$. Screen protector and case took WEEKS to arrive even though I paid for "expedited" shipping. Both items were wrong ! I have sent multiple emails to only contact email they have advertised. No response whatsoever. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Just go on BBB and see all the terrible reviews! My fault for not checking but TURDBOOK let's all these scam companies run their ads on their site so this was a terrible impulse buy mistake. You've been warned ...

20 days from purchase as a return policy, and the item took 23 days to arrive, yet they advertise 2-day shipping.
Neither galaxy watch band is usable, and I get no response from the company.

Purched a watch band for a galaxy watch and received an incorrect size for galaxy watches. I sent them an email requesting a replacement for the correct band width but haven't gotten a response. There is no phone numbers listed to talk to anyone so have to rely on email.

I purchased 2 bands that were no longer available on amazon. This company, Pinnacle Luxuries, seemed to carry every type of brand and they used Paypal for payments so I didn't give it a 2nd thought until.... I tried emailing them several times with no response for days. Then I looked up the ScamPulse.com and they seem to be a scam. And I as right, they are. I contacted paypal and submitted a claim which is still ongoing since they have until the end of the month to respond. As soon as paypal initally contacted them about my claim, they mailed me my 'order' with a tracking number. I told paypal I knew they would not be what I ordered but they would send something to prove there was a tracking number to paypal so they wouldn't be able to stop them from stealing peoples $$. I was right... they sent me 2 completely different (cheap garbage) fitbit bands that were nowhere near the product I ordered - and could not have been mistaken for it. This company is a total scam for very expensive replacements to bands that are no longer available - and paypal is how they are collecting funds. I thing that you should look into this to protect people and also let google know they are also enabling internet theft with this fraudulent activity internet shopping site. It's so gross.
