I received a letter stating I owe $103 on account 10292572 for Prache Anti-aging cream. I have NEVER ordered this product. I recall several months ago receiving a notification from my credit card company of a charge they felt was fraudulent. My credit card company did not allow the charge and sent me a new card at that time... although, that denied charge was for $106 not the $103 that is claimed in this letter...

Again, I have never purchased anti-aging products other than from Doterra...

I have also filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission.

This better not be reported to a credit bureau as this is NOT my debt.

I responded to an advertisement on line around in March 2020- a Prache Anti Aging Cream, a triad for a Small size amount was about $24.99 and shipment fee. I ordered online and I paid the total amount in-full with my visa gift card ( if I didn’t pay them then they wouldn’t send me the Cream) The company represents and sold Prache Anti cream I used only one time and never Order it again after that because the product was really bad quality and didn’t work a bit. Today 5 months later I received

A letter from Pinnacle Law Group, PC stated “ this is an attempt to collect a past due balance ( I didn’t own any amount)

The letter stated: current creator name: Armadillo Agency, Inc account# 10292989 ( I do not have any account with them that I’m aware off) Amy due: $51.50, and original creditor name (at charge-off): Cimarron Holding Inc. Original account# (at charge-off): 6710822. The letter also asks me to pay them with in 30 days.

I feel the whole thing was a scam. First It was bad product, now send me a collection letter to adk me pay something I do not own. I am not going to pay that something really ridicule doing fraud business, and try to scam people money they work hard to earn it. Please report them and correct them. Thank you!

I received a notice from Pinnacle Law Group of CA, Dated 08.04.2020, which is a collection agency. It was about a product I never received. I signed up for the advertised FREE SAMPLE of Prache Anti-Aging Cream. Also paid shipping costs with my credit card. This was last year in 2019. Haven’t had any contact or communication from the company since. Now I received a collection agency notice giving 30 days to dispute in writing and charging me $101.40??. Company also said I must write them to get the name & address of the original creditor. Is this a joke or some sort of a scam?? Where do you get time to harass people?? Reference number XXXXXXXX
