Type of a scam Investment
*** originally created a website for Pinnacle Industries at the following address: https://pinnacle-inds.com/about/
*e falsely claimed to be a CEO when he had no legal title to it at all. When I froze his access to the website due to his fraud and used it as legal evidence he created a new website at the following address without the CEO title: http://pinnacle-inds.kr/about/
Knowing that his "CEO" title was a lie on the original website which he oversaw, he tried to impede legal investigations by sending a DMCA notice to me for the original site to have the site taken down by contacting my host provider, Bluehost. *e has changed the title to "Inventor" on the new Korean website.
*e implied that I was the one that put the CEO title and impersonating the company which is 100% false. It was kept up as legal evidence.
*is posts on reddit and a press release that he released have shown that he claimed the CEO title for himself and only hid it because I exposed his lies.
Made posts promoting his press release which clearly show himself parading as a CEO: *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** "The design was concepted by *** ***, CEO of Pinnacle Industries."
Do not invest in his T-VAWT wind turbine. During my time helping him he used funds that I gave him to create a patent and the wind turbine is uncertified. *e racked up personal expenses on his employee credit cards and has been reported for fraud and is under investigation by the Korean government. *e owes me thousands of dollars on personal expenses alone. DO NOT INVEST in Pinnacle Industries and DO NOT INVEST in his uncertified wind turbine.
*e is so sneaky, that he influenced me to create "Fix International" in California without a business contract. *e abused his employee business cards with personal expenses that remain unpaid. I lost thousands because of his scammy behavior. Luckily the majority of personal expenses are recorded on his cards and a civil suit is in the works. DO NOT INVEST.
Do not do business with him. *e will scam you out of your money so that is why I am making this official report. Pinnacle Industries is technically registered in South Korea, but they will probably attempt to attract investors globally.
