Scammer is posing as a federal agency (like USPTO) and telling the target to pay $800 immediately or their USPTO registered trademark will expire. My company doesn't need to file anything with the USPTO until 2027 for our registered Trademark, so this fee would not be in exchange for any service related to Trademark filings.
