“My name is Miranda I’m calling with the Nevada Processing Unit. I’m calling about a summons received from the Attorney’s office Morris and Jacobs. They have requested to file a motion (messaged garbled)….. you can contact Morris and Jacobs at 855-549-2477.”

Miranda called from phone number 775-977-1611, Carson City, NV

They had my name and publicly listed address.

So they called my sister in maine, my father, my mom( do not live together) all claiming they are a process server for de la frozen law firm( may be incorrect nit was a bot) and will serve me at work tomorrow for my legal case. They did this 3 years ago also and kept calling all my family members and today they called me also. That number was rhe number they gave me to call back. There call was from an unavialble number

Received message for someone potentially related to me but they called me instead of the person. This is an urgent message intended for XX. My name is Ryan Morgan, compliance officer with legal courier services. our office has been retained regarding pending summons and background investigation being ordered against XX. this urgent legal matter requires immediate response to the firm handline the file at 951-552-7485 and reference case number......failure to respond today will result in an order of noncompliance in a field action to serve.

Called several times from an unknown number, leaving a message on both my and my husband's phone about them being a same day legal processing company. They used my husband's legal name and referenced a case number that was a local area coded phone number (not associated with us) asking us to confirm address and date/time for delivery. We both blocked the calls and reported as spam.

They left me this voicemail: "Hello, this message is intended for federicopey Martinez. My name is Bruce eckford. This is your official notification that you have been placed on my schedule to be served Court seal documents. You will be served either at your place of employment or place of residence. At that time a signature and two forms of identification will need to be presented. I was contacted and asked if I was, "(my mother's name)" when I answered no, they informed me I was listed as a point of contact and that they were a process server trying to serve legal papers on my mother for a court-related matter. They asked me to take a message to have her call them. When i pushed and tried to get more details (ie what jurisdiction (state or federal) the legal matter was in, or what it was regarding they got combative on the phone with me, claimed to have disclosure laws keeping them from explaining more to me, and ultimately hung up on me when I would not comply.

a voicemail was left...like a recording: 'this call is to notify you that we're attempting to serve you in order to appear in court regarding preliminary investigation against your social and you active assets. For further detail or to attempt to change the status of the lawsuit, please immediately call our firm at 1-888-694-7320."

Called and left a voice message, threatening me with legal action if I didn't meet up with them to accept processing documents. I know that's not how processing works, so they are lying.

Called and said they were attempting to reach me regarding being served to summon me to court regarding lawsuit against my social security and assets. If I want to change the outcome of the lawsuit I needed to call them immediately.

The person on the phone asks for my husband regarding "a legal matter". I ask where she is calling from, and she tells me she's a process server in our county of Harris County. We don't live in that county and that county is nowhere in our state. There's one in Texas but we've never lived in Texas. When I ask her where Harris County is she refuses to tell me and hangs up.
