Received a text that says I owe money for a hospital visit. But when I call hospital..there is no bill. Zero balance for all visits. Called number on text but the call center is difficult to get through...asking for personal info before u r allowed to speak to someone such as name and date of birth. the agent that picks up the phone on 3-6-2026 around 1:20pm is unable to give the name of her company and stays silent. Apparently, she thinks it's normal to send a text asking for money without first sending a paper bill. I have no idea what they want and who they are. If this is a legit company, they need to be fined. And they need to follow some rules. texts and emails asking for money is ridiculous since that is what scammers do.
