they call me 5+ times a day about a loan that i have filled the paper work for is ready for me to take after a few more questions. i answer and ask to be taken off their call list and it has been an everyday thing since around November 2025. I've blocked at least 100 phone numbers they have used to call me. i am getting harassed daily.

This company calls daily and leaves voicemails offering loan underwriting services. I have not applied to any such loan. Additionally when I call back and ask the name of the company and to have my number taken off of the list they hang up on me. The volume of calls and voicemails is around two per day.

I have been contacted by Crestwood Loan Advisors from different numbers well over 100 times at this point. Each time I have pressed 9 to be removed from offers or pressed 2 to speak with a rep. As soon as I get a live individual and they are informed I wish not to be contacted, the call is abruptly disconnected. They call several times a day, 8 to 10 times. Last night I was contacted 5 times within one hour.

I am getting spoofed calls every day for about 3 month now. I have asked them to stop calling me multiple times.

Today the call came from (609) 715-9978. They asked me to call them back at 844-509-3145

...I am almost approved for a loan, this time for 47k, I have to call them back for verification.

These persons are Anonymous, they calling me daily and I am annoyed. Is it possible to file cyber harassment charges as well as fraud ?

TD Business Loan call several times a day saying my loan is approved. I do not bank with TD nor did I ask for a loan.

I worry that someone is trying to use my ID

This company calls at all hours of the day regarding debt consolidation loans. They've robo called 9 times today, including 5 times between 11am and 3:30pm. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list. I've tried blocking them but they call from so many different numbers has been futile. If I don't answer they leave the same recorded message about approval for a debt consolidation loan I never inquired about or applied for.

I have been experiencing spam calls, 10 or more a day, for the last 6-8 months or more. I block the numbers, they call from different numbers. I block those numbers, rinse and repeat. I have paid for app services that pull my data from the Internet, but I am still receiving these calls every single day. The only time I did not receive any calls was on Christmas and new years day.

I get these calls every day and they leave a voicemail. Nicole Bennet from PD Business Lending Underwriting 877-580-3307. The calls come from various numbers and every time I report or block one it comes from another number.

Scammed left the below voicemail. I've received similar voicemail nearly every day for the past month and a half:

I receive a call everyday about a “loan” she says I have requested and am now approved for. I have never requested a loan. Says I can call her back 855 909 0937. The name changes, she has also said her name was Valerie. She leaves a voice mail. I never answer the phone.

I have been receiving up to 10 calls a day from multiple different 800 numbers from this Crestwood Advisors telling me I have been approved for a business loan. I have asked them to put me on the do not call list, I have used the automated option to be removed, I have placed my number on the do not call list and the calls will not stop. I block the numbers and they just call from a different number. I need to have them stop calling me and this should be illegal for them to harass someone this much!!
