I recieve multiple calls daily and messges about a loan I applied for being processed. I've never applied for a loan. I've called and asked not to be called anymore and they keep calling. I feel that I'm being harrassed. They call from multiple numbers, so even when you block them, they just keep calling. I called today to again ask that I not be contacted, and the guy (Jimmy-loan specialist) just kept talking over me and telling me about loans. Please help.

I keep receiving calls from "Kiana Navarro" and I can't make out the company, maybe First Credit or something similar, it is a recording and then they want you to select a number to connect. They are claiming I had previously submitted a loan application and didn't move forward last time and now are reviewing it again -- I have never applied for a loan, do not know how they have my information. They keep calling me multiple times a day, so I have answered the past three days in a row 02/09-02/11/26 and spoke to a representative who somehow knows my full name, and requested to be removed from their call list. They assure me that they will, but then they call again.

I am filing this complaint due to persistent harassment by Crestwood Loan Advisors. I receive 4 to 10 calls daily, spanning from early morning until 9:00 PM EST, originating from various rotating 800-numbers.

I have repeatedly requested to be placed on their Do Not Call (DNC) list through both live representatives and their automated opt-out system. Despite this, the calls continue unabated. I have attempted to block individual numbers, but the company simply calls from new ones.

Desired Resolution: Immediate and permanent removal of my phone number from all calling lists and a complete cessation of all contact from Crestwood Loan Advisors and its affiliates.

I'm receiving calls daily stating the person is calling from the verification department about my loan application, I never filled out or completed. They call twice every day from the following numbers, but tell me to call back (855)909-0848. The numbers they are calling from: 970-727-2440, 475-314-9659, 888-701-1522, 540-592-5478, 609-378-2124, 845-736-2143, 831-216-0431, 740-966-6417, 877-662-2137, 470-481-3265.

I block the new number every time I receive a call, I have added scam block to my cell number, and I also report each voicemail message as scam, but somehow keep getting a call every day. It's a disgrace that these people can keep operating.

Phishing after obtaining my information looking for a debt consolidation loan. Sold a property and paid off the debt. Now receive 6-10 calls per day, (7) days a week telling me my loan (that I never applied for) is in Underwriting.

I receive calls from Crestwood Loan Advisors using different numbers every day including weekends, even after hours. The message is always the same: telling me about a $70,000 pending loan which I never applied for. The call back number they leave is always the same. I block the numbers every time but they always call back. It's criminal how they keep calling & I want it to stop.

Auto Dialer with automated voice claiming to be calling from Crestwood Loan Advisors with a pre-qualified offer for debt consolidation loan. I have pressed 9 to be removed from the call list and still receive 5 or more calls a day. I've started blocking their numbers and they still persist.

I just get numerous phone calls every day. It's relentless. I don't answer to tell them to stop calling because I know they are scammers. They use many phone numbers including the one I provided.

Dozens of calls a day from a loan company that sometimes identifies themselves as Crestwood Loan Advisors offering me loans between $44,000 and $70,000. I never answer, but they always leave the same few voice messages or texts. The phone numbers are always an 800 number (888,833,844, 855,866,….) and always different so that blocking them does no good. My phone almost always identifies them as spam. In the last hour I have gotten 30 messages.

I receive daily 20or more calls from Crestwood. Always from a different 800 number. I have tried to block calls. I have tried to be put on a do not call list. Calls are frequently after 9PM.

Receiving multiple calls over the course of a week from an unknown Loan Company asking to connect with me about a loan opportunity I did not inquire about. Every call has the same script; "This is Daniela Torres with the credit review department. I'm reaching out regarding your previous loan request. I've tried to connect with you a couple of times since the new year and wanted to share a quick update. Your application was recently reevaluated and flagged for a 2nd review. It's now showing nearly complete and just about approved for approximately $67,000 with an estimated monthly payment around 1480 pending a few simple steps and income verification. And we are almost done." Every call is from a new number and I can't pinpoint a singular number that's used. I've been blocking and reporting the numbers and voicemails as spam, but it's getting very consistent and is extremely irritating.
