Multiple calls from different names and numbers. I let all go to voicemail. This is the same/similar voicemail each time.

Um, hi, this is Maria, senior underwriter with the loan qualification team.  I've been trying to reach you last week and I see your loan file is almost approved for up to $63,000 with both a 60 month term at about 1217 a month or a 36 month option, if you prefer.  If you've changed your mind, that's fine.  Your request can be withdrawn, and you're welcome to reapply later.  But if you still need funding, we just need to confirm a couple of quick items, and then we can send the dogs right over.  Press 2 now to connect with me or the underwriting or call back at 844-509-3316 to opt out and withdrawn the approval process, press 7.

Everyday I will get calls from a loan company stating that my loan was approved , but they need some information to close the deal on my requested loan for $64.000. At first someone named Jessica was calling everyday, I would just let the answering service pick up the call, and sometimes she would just get crazy calling back 3-4 times a day. And always saying that she will call back before leaving the office at 6:30. This has been going on for 3 months, so I just picked up the phone and I said to stop calling my house and I will be giving this number to the police. The calls stopped for 3 days , then started back again from someone named Mary. when they started calling my home at 8:30pm. OK enough is enough . I just want people to know what is going on . I hope this helps someone else. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

They call multiple times a day. I have already blocked them and they leave multiple messages each time it’s from a different number but it says been reviewed by our senior underwriter and from what I see everything looks good. You’re nearly approved for $60,000 but before we can move forward with funding I just need to confirm your income details real quick if you’re available press two to connect with me or someone from underwriting or give us a call back at 1-844-509-2754. I’ll be here until 6 PM and back tomorrow at 8 AM to stop future calls just press seven.

I have been contacted by this “company” numerous times at all hours about a loan that has been started and needs final approval. I have never asked for a loan and do not know how they would have recieved my financial information and contact information other than theft. I called back to get off their list and was hung up on. They call from about 20+ numbers and ask you to call the number that I included in this complaint.

These callers left voicemail messages and always identify themselves as Loan Verification Unit when the calls are answered. They posed like they have my applications for loan at hand and were about to complete the process by asking me pertinent information like my bank info and SSS details.

For multiple months I have been receiving phone calls and recorded voicemails from an "underwriter" for the "lending qualification department." Multiple times I have connected to a "live person" asking to be removed from their list, THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED. I have also pressed "9" which was supposed to also remove me from their list. I have blocked every number they are calling from, with no success of putting an end to these DAILY and sometimes more calls. Ignoring, connecting and talking and indicating during a call that I AM NOT INTERESTED is not working. This has been going on for several months. Please advise how to end these unwanted calls. They claim to be out of California. Thank you.
