My mother regularly receives these types of scam letters for an expiring home warranty, which is nonexistent. Only ID of company is the phone number 800-705-9301. No company name, email, URL or address provided. Envelope is printed to appear it is sent from St Louis MO under USPS permit# 5497. Call center hrs are listed as 7 am to 7 pm CST.

Received a letter in the mail saying that I had not yet activated my home warranty and to call 1-877-671-1027 immediately or risk my home warranty lapsing.

Letter with FINAL NOTICE at the top, listing my original lender and requesting that I renew my home warranty. My mortgage is no longer serviced by this lender and the letter is phishing for me to call the number and renew my home warranty. The only contact information in the letter is the phone number. It says in all caps that it is extremely urgent & time sensitive - immediate response requested.
