As I was actually waiting for a shipment and recently moved, I thought this was legitimate and went to the url which looked legitimately like Canada post. I provided my debit card info and it was declined so provided credit card which was declined. I eventually stopped and realized it was fraudulent. I phone my bank of my debit card and they had seen a large purchase and cancelled it. I phone my credit card company which showed the purchase of a plane ticket from Cathay Pacific (the airline was not willing to refund me as they asked for the email used to purchase it or the flight number, neither of which I could provide as I did not make the purchase) and, after 2.5 months of phone calls, Tangerine was not willing to refund it as they consider it a scam not fraud.
