Report

I ordered a tactical vest on September 29. On October 20th I emailed the company inquiring about the delivery status. The response I received stated "the package is currently undergoing sorting and preparation at the carrier's transit hub. Your order is scheduled to officially ship out in the next 5 to business days". I still haven't received it and now my emails are being ignored and not responded to.
