I ordered (2) dog beds from the company back on May 20th, 2020, however, it's now June 28th and I'm yet to receive either bed. I have contacted the company for updates several times over the last month and a half, and even though they reply to my emails, they claim that my products are "in transit" and that there's nothing they can do for me. Supposedly, these beds arrived in the US on June 14th, according to one of the (2) fake tracking numbers listed on the attached image, however, no one can tell me where these beds actually are almost (2) months later which is what's leading me to believe that I got scammed. I have requested to cancel this order and also get my money back several times (because their website claims they'll refund you if it's within 30 days of the order - which I was), but have been told several times that they cannot and will not cancel the order or refund my money. PLEASE STOP THEM from doing this to anyone else. The $75 I lost was nothing compared to the frustration of ordering from this company. Fake addresses: 227  Ashmor Drive Duluth Minnesota 55811 and 30 N. Gould St. Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
