I bought $120 clippers from pettaco. I got the same generic email saying they would arrive, false tracking number..complete scam!

I have sent several emails to them for them to keep telling me that it has been shipped and will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks would have been the end of June. Now 08/17/2020 and no delivery.

I ordered an item in April, finally got it today. It’s broken and inoperable I send an email and they send a respond “glad we resolved your issue” but they didn’t resolve anything!

I ordered a dog trimmer on April 22, 2020. I have not received the item and have asked for a refund. The company emailed back on June 14, 2020 and said the item was shipped and would be at my house within 2 weeks. It is now July 17, 2020 and still no trimmer. I requested a refund. I paid 26.99 plus tax =30.99 for the product. The add was on Facebook.
