I placed an order and money was collected from my card. After a month I had not received the order, even though tracking reported that it had been delivered. I contacted the company and was told the matter would be "thoroughly investigated". I contacted them a week later and was told that the order was "lost". They offered a refund minus shipping costs. I told them that since nothing was shipped I wasn't willing to pay any shipping costs. They still offered a refund, minus $12 for shipping. It has been three weeks since then, and still no refund.
