They send a bill of sale then say they say they take the dogs to be shipped to you and then the shipping agency call and say you have to rent a special cage, then when the pet get to Oklahoma, they are checked by a bet and then e-mail you saying you need to pay more money for vaccines and all kinds of stuff. Then they call you saying you have to purchase insurance before they can ship the puppy.
