Voiceover SCAM

This is the same phone number I was given: 945-942-0020 for the voiceover job. It was weird that he was sending a check without a contract and also that he was asking me to pay the studio with the money sent. The name used was Adam Wright. It was not Peter Harrison but that same number! There were 2 professional emails then I received this one after agreeing to accept the job. They even gave me options to choose for dates. In 2024 there's no reason any checks need to be deposited. The client pays for the studio themselves and no way a gig for $1250 is happening without an agreement. Also in this instance they did not have a fake website.

Peter Harrison - This person through their website tried to scam me out of $650.00 for a puppy. Would only take a moneygram from Walmart or Ria. Offered to wire money from bank account but he would have no part of it. That is when I got suspicious and searched Google and found the website petscams.com which fredimaltese.com is listed as a scam website and people have already lost money, I assume. I was lucky, I figured it out before I sent the money. This website needs to be shut down. They are pulling on heart strings at Christmas time and stealing money.
