Pete Carroll came to our house spoke with Jimmie McCloud about doing the driveway with Alphalt and charge $250.00.Sign paper and just sprayed it left no phone number I am concerned because I’m the owner and He didn’t wait for me to get from Therapy on Hand.

A man identifying himself as Pete Carroll rang front doorbell after church at 1 pm. High pressure: said his company normally did huge parking lots but he had top quality (from Lowe's--gave a product name) seal coat material leftover, warmed and ready to put down. Told him not on Sunday due to church; he didn't acknowledge or shoe respect for Sunday at all. Pete wouldn't take "no" and went from $125 to $100. WHEN I FINALLY HAD TRIED TO SCHEDULE 1 WEEK LATER WHICH HE COULDN'T DO BC OF HIS MATERIALS ONLY 'READY TO USE/LEFTOVER today HE SURPRISED ME AND OFFERED TO COME BACK NEXT DAY--TODAY--@ 10 a.m...@ beginning if pitch Carroll claimed his company normally did huge paving/parking lot jobs on weekdays BUT rather than leave my house defeated he surprised me by offering to come back next morning and told me I could dictate the time but he offered 10 am TODAY, suggesting to me that maybe pride or ego wouldn't allow for my rejection. I wonder if he'll show up at 11am. Mr Carroll was thin, white w/ short black hair. I could smell heavy cigarette breath. Carroll had a spraying rig in back of a late model, nice white pickup. There was a black man sitting in the truck while Carroll pitched. Carroll never offered a business card or phone.
