Ordered a dress that looked nothing like the photos (later found the photos were stolen from another brand, Aritzia) — quality was terrible. Asked for a refund; they offered 40% off to keep it instead. I insisted on returning it, but the return address and phone number they gave were fake/invalid, so the courier couldn't deliver it and sent my package back to me. I emailed them and got no response. Now stuck with a bad product, no refund, and a company that deliberately blocked my return.
