I ordered some pet supplies. After 2 weeks I contacted the company inquiring about the status. I received a response that it takes 20 business days. After allowing the additional time to pass I reached out to them again via email. I was told that they show the order was delivered. However I never received it. I requested my money back. I was told they were checking with the shipper and awaiting feedback. After ordering on 8/23/2024 I have yet to receive any of the items ordered.
