This was a agency supposedly hired by the original scammer to deliver a bird. I was told AFTER this "bird" was shipped I had to pay an extra $700 for insurance that would be returned to me upon delivery of the pet. But the pet was never delivered because-their excuse-it got sick and had to be taken to a vet. The original "scammer" never took the "pet" back to this shipper, so I never received a refund.

There was never a bird.

When I called, I got someone I couldn't understand and refused to answer my questions. I saved all this conversation and more.
