I looked up his website to find that he blatantly lies and claims that he owns a crematory and provides all services himself when in fact he does not. There is no address for his facility (which he admitted himself that he does not have a facility).
I called him back to ask him to explain himself. He claimed that they are located all over and work with a lot of crematories, which didn't make sense because he first told me that he and his mother started the company in Orting and needed to find a new crematory to work with because the one they do work with is a bad company. None of his story makes sense and when I pressed him for more information, he hung up on me, not what you would expect a professional to do.
This is a huge violation of fair business practices and clearly is a way to take advantage of grieving pet owners. I have owned a crematory for over 12 years and none of this sounds legitimate.
