You will purchase a dog on line using Western Union as you means to send payment. The dog will allegedly be taken to a courier company called, Pet Carrier Waves. You will receive an mail saying you need to purchase pet insurance for the sum of 1300.00 paid only through Western Union. Because too much time as gone by the animal is not shipped that day. You will then receive another email saying that the animal is in need a special create due to temperature extremes for 1800.00 but since you purchased the Pet Insurance you only have to rent the create for 900.00 (all refundable). The animal will not be shipped to you until you pay the 900.00 for the create. If you pay this amount then you will have additional flight delays with further expenses. Do not use this company, you will never see the animal you purchased. Its an extortion ring, from the initial contact of the dog/cat breeder all the way to the courier. They are very convincing with elaborate websites to photos sent to you directly.
