Was sent a bill for no transport ambulance bill. Attempted to pay bill with a check was told check is the only option of payment. Mailed check in and was told they lost the check to send another. Refused, was told I sent the check to the wrong P.O. box even though I sent it to the one listed on the bill. Was told and "updated" bill would be sent with correct P.O. box, I was never sent one. Possible scam definitely.

I keep receiving invoices (3 so far) from peryourhealth.com indicating I owe $396.00 to LMC Pathology Services for services rendered almost 2 years ago. However, when I logon to my account for LMC Pathology Services it shows $0 Balance Due. I believe the invoices I am receiving in the mail are due to the data breach.

I had a baby in December, in May I received a bill in the mail for bloodwork labs done for the baby. The invoice had the baby’s name, my name, the hospital, and the pediatrician. They dated the bloodwork for the day after he was born. The invoice said: Visit us at: https://www.peryourhealth.com

To update your insurance, address, view account, or message our billing office. It listed an ID and access key to login to their website. If you go to the website it says there “Please be aware that fraudulent websites may be impersonating PerYourHealth in order to steal your information.”

I called my hospital and I do not have any outstanding bills, so this is a scam.
