I Google searched Percy diamonds and their website popped up and I made a purchase for $600+$20 shipping. I paid via cash app per the websites instructions. They gave me a fake shipping company an bogus tracking number and the shipping company asking for another $525 now to release package. Seems like black male to me plus fraud and Theft.
