I was contacted by this company while applying for a personal loan. The agent Michael Jorgensen asks me to login into Experian and sign up for Experian boost. Once signed up sent me a email to use NerdWallet but for some reason when i clicked on the link it would not load up to the site, he wanted me to use. I had to keep explaining it to him that the site he was mentioning he got upset and hung up the phone. I then called back reached another person and asked for any of my personal information to be deleted and to speak with a supervisor in which he told me that she had left for the day and to hold on. She then got on the phone i asked her if she was Hilary cause that's the name on the email she wouldn't answer. She said that there was something wrong with me and my information and hung up again.
