They told me that they had my door in stock , said it was grade A with picture of the door that was being sent to me . It looked great and said it was coming from Fla. It was to take two weeks to arrive . I kept asking for tracking # for shipping . They kept avoiding me , finally got a tracking two weeks after purchasing my door. A week later the door has arrived. The door was sent damage , not the picture that they sent. This door was purchased at another location in Minn. I asked where was my door that was coming from Fla. He said it got damaged that they had to purchase it from else where. I complained about the quality and damage to the door,They avoided My calls . Finally they offered me $100 dollars back on a parts that was worthless to me, they said the best he could do when I paid $690.00 on a useless part. Then I finally realize I was dealing with FRAUD . Told them I report them to fraud , suddenly I started getting email acting as if they were trying to work things out . To little to late , I let my bank take care of it.
