Online purchase... offered free trial where you provide credit card to cover shipping. They keep your credit card on file and automatically send you more product each month. They state on the site that you can request refund if not satisfied within 15 days of purchase. When I called the number to request refund/advise not to send me their product, I held for crazy long time, but when someone picks up, they cannot find me in the system tracking by their order number, their reference number, their customer number, their customer PO#, my first and last name w/zip code, last 4 of credit card used... then they ask for the first 4 numbers on card, then the whole credit card number.. which I did not give them. They will not/cannot refund the $89 they charged me... they continue sending me auto refills (charged 3x the product cost with each refill). I also sent emails to [email protected] (from their website) but no response. I sent the product back to sending address, which is a PO box from St Petersburg Florida... but no credit, no response.
