I ordered a formal dress from Peppermayo and it arrived sheer in the bottom half. The website description did not state anywhere that it is see through and the images of the dress did not show this either. As a result, I could not wear the dress. After submitting a return request on the same day I received the product and emailing the company about my dissatisfaction, I never received a response. They never accepted my return request despite it being within all qualifications, and I never received a shipping label to return it. It has now been almost a month of trying to contact them through emails, phone, their website, *********, and ******. I have only receive a response on ********* where they commented back on my comment to their post, telling me to DM them. After doing so, they never responded. In my emails to them, they have responded with AI messages to tell me they will report my dissatisfaction to the correct team and get back to me, but they never have. This is completely unacceptable for a business.
