Bought a subscription. Got charged two! times. System seemingly declines Bank DEBIT card. So utilize alternate paying method, PayPal account. However apparently first transaction did cause a *ding to my bank account also! I caution others who might purchase a subscription, it is possible the system's deliberate? 'glitch' *dings the customer two! times. PHGBILLING 149.88_V C$198.56 AND PAYPAL *EP 201.05_V C$201.05.
