This company has broken numerous laws and policies of the fair debt act. They have been threatening myself and family members for years with arrest over some payday loan that was deposited into a bank that I haven't heard of. I have sent them an order from a judge saying it is not my debt and a letter from the bank saying I've never banked there. Yet they keep freaking calling and changing phone numbers/company names. Every time I ask for their address to send the documentation AGAIN they hang up on me. This company is a scam and engaging in illegal activities. I have now had to file a lawsuit against them because they DONT STOP. Find a legitimate business. My sole purpose now is to find these people and make sure they don't do the same to others.
