Identity theft/scam hacked all personal info

Was trying to replace social security card and they asked for all information including my social and my parents. They hacked into my personal banking info without me providing any of that info. They found my username and password and changed my email. They also charged me $40. Why is this website still up and running! Take it down!

On Dec. 15th I had finished an application with DMV when this site popped up PDFRUN.I believed it was connected with DMV, so I foolishly became a subscriber paying $10.00 using my credit card. I have emailed them stating thatI want to cancel my subscription and I want them to credit my account asap.Is this a fraudulent company? Disgusted!

Type of a scam Government Agency Imposter

Due to COVID19 I had to apply for a renewal of my NY Driver's License. I searched for what I thought was the appropriate link to the NY DMV. Once I had filled out the form, which included my name, date of birth, license number and my social security number, I then clicked the Done button. I was then taken to PDFRUN, which requested a payment to download/print my form. It did not seem legitimate at that time. I did not provide any financial information, but rather exited the site. I then went to the Yates County Court House to pick up the form and fill out by hand. I also called the DMV office to inquire about their association with PDFRUN. The woman that I spoke to stated that they did not have any association with them. The woman did provide me the Albany phone number to relay to them what had happened. I called my financial institution and explained what had happened. They were able to put a "possible identity theft" note in my account. Per the banks suggestion, I then had to contact Equifax, Experian, and Transunion to put a freeze on my credit. Obviously I am concerned that my information will be used for a possible identity theft. I am requesting that you reach out to PDFRUN to investigate this matter further. Thank you.

Pdfrun claims to be business w/ pdf forms of all sorts that can be edited, downloaded as well as being printable forms ! I purchased a form for $1.97 as it was suppose to be free trial ... Of coarse giving all my person info including social as well as credit card info. I'm now being charged $10.00 randamonly for absolutely nothing ! I cant even log into my supposedly account to account, they will not send reset link ! ugghhhh

I thought I was redirected to this website from the DMV, to change my address. A pdf page came up in browser and I entered sensitve information like my drivers licence # and signature. Then when I hit send it said I had to pay $10 for that pdf or something like $1.80 per month for their services. They did not inform me of their privacy policy with my information or what the fees were before I entered the information. I am nervous about them having / selling my info.

PDF run advertises them selves to look like a government office. I was searching for a way to get my dad‘s military records and this came up saying here’s the form to fill out to get your records so I did. Then they charge $10 which I thought was reasonable for the government to search for something from 1945. Then I discovered that the government provides this information free of charge. There is no way to contact the company no email address no address no phone number but these things I did not know until it was over. It was a very convincing scam. I hope no other 94-year-old veterans get scammed by this deceptive looking website. It was the result of a Google search.
