I heard of this company thru Web Boost to protect my computer or a popup on my comuter.. PCSupportOffice.com Their phone numbers are 888-220-1305 and 888-908-6325. I paid them $299 to protect my computer for three years. They got into my computer when I did not renew. They put a virus on my computer. I had to change all my passwords and buy a new laptop. I have no address for them. I cancelled the credit card.

The scam is that they are offering a refund of your money since supposedly they are going out of business. This is crazy to me because, in my case, I see no reason for a refund. However I asked them to send it to me but they insist there is something I have to do on the computer first. So a warning to consumers not to even deal with these people in the first place.

I now just hang up once I realize it's them. But they still call on the average of once or twice a week. It's as if they think I have a really bad memory.

They may be calling using several numbers but the one I have on them is 1 800 222 1305.

This company leads you to believe that they are Norton and tells you that you are in danger of being hacked. I already have a Norton account but lead me to believe that I need to upgrade.They then sell you coverage that is very expensive. They have a Norton icon that they load onto your device that is bogus further leading you to believe that they are Norton. They may provide coverage but they are not Norton. I had the real Norton remove their software from my devices which means I lost money and requested new credit card so that they cannot renew my subscription next year.
