Identified himself as from Publisher's Clearing House as Prize Director. He said to write down the following: his badge number, a Prize Package number, 3.5 million certified check, the color Lincoln Navigator I wanted, the winning ticket number and started asking me "test questions" for verification from the Prize Patrol, who is located in Jasper, Texas and is waiting to deliver my cardboard check and a flatbed with the Lincoln on it. He asked my age, marital status, ownership status of my home and did I have 2 forms of ID. He also asked what time I got off work and why couldn't I get off sooner to meet the Prize Patrol?

I asked him if he already had my address and how he would know it. Then he hung up on me.
