I clicked the link on the legitimate actual IRS website for “pay taxes by card” and they linked me to this website. I paid my taxes and received confirmation from them via email. 3 months later I received a letter from the IRS saying, I still owe the amount of taxes that I had paid through pay USA tax. I signed into the IRS and sure enough, the money had never made it to the IRS. Pay USA tax had kept my $1095. I emailed USA tax via the support email immediately and they never responded. I followed up in June and they still never responded. It’s pretty shocking to get scammed through the IRS website but googling it I can see I’m far from alone. I’m sure you’ve had many complaints about this company. I thank you for your consideration and hope some progress is made. I have confirmed that my ssn and other information provided is correct.
