PayProTec imposter Reports & Reviews (1)

A lady named Nia Sanders called me one day and told me she was with our CURRENT merchant services company and they realized they had accidently been over charging us on our credit card processing fees. She then said as an apology they wanted to lower our rates and send us new equipment. She reassured me of all of those things. The equipment showed up and it was not WIFI enabled. They then sent new equipment. In the meantime I reach out to our current merchant service provider online asking them to confirm they were associated. They told me they were not. I then emailed Nia asking her to cancel everything and let me know where to send the equipment back to. She replied telling me the only think we are being deceived about is the credit card rate our current company was providing us and how it was too high. I then proceeded to tell her that it was not right of her to take on the identity of someone she is not and again asked her how she wanted me to send the equipment back. Jeremy wanted to make things right so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we set up the equipment. I called today to ask Jeremy a question and they told me he was not available and said the tech support person on the phone could help me. I told them it was not tech support related and they told me that Jeremy's job is tech support, he is not Nia's supervisor. I have not been lied to by two people in this company and when I ask to speak with the overall supervisor they tell me she is out of the office...
