On June 20, 2025, I received an email from PayPal Support requesting a Dropbox signature for a $699.55 charge for an iPhone (Receipt #3234564). I had not purchased the iPhone, so I called the number provided in the email (1-810-215-3086) to report the issue. The person on the phone asked whether I had an iPhone or an Android. When I said iPhone, they told me to go to the app search bar and type "CreditWise." As soon as I did that, they hung up.
