I received an email stating

"Charlotte Bennett has sent you a document to review and sign regarding an unusual transaction on your PayPal account, and immediate action is required to protect your funds.

Note

Contact the Fraud Prevention Team immediately if you did not initiate the PayPal payment of $654.94 on Coinbase. ((877) 913-0873)

Review and sign the document sent by Charlotte Bennett via Docusign. here"

As far as I can tell they were not able to access any money from my accounts. I received multiple emails that look like they came from "Paypal security" and had a docusign that I needed to sign/
