This company is a complete scam. I opened an account with them through their website, thinking I could sell my e-book through their service and connect it to my facebook page. However, after just a few hours, I learned that I could not use their services for what I needed, so I attempted to close my account. When you go to that section of the website, it lists a telephone number to call - there is no way to close the account yourself. So I called the number, which is just a voicemail box stating that the number is basically not in service - no calls or messages will be returned and to email [email protected] instead. So I was already frustrated at getting the runaround from these people, but I sent a polite email asking them to close my account. They never replied. A few days later, I emailed them again, more assertively. They still never answered, so I emailed them yet again. No answer. I filled out a contact form on their website - no answer. I messaged their facebook page - no answer. I am completely unable to get in touch with ANYONE in this company and close my account, so now they will continue charging me monthly. I have opened a case with paypal (who they charge through) so that hopefully no further charges will be able to go through, but this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
