I thought this was a reputable business, I went through their application putting all the information and uploaded the requested documents they required. I waited the 3 to 5 business days as stated on their website. After the 5th day, I reached out them on why the bill had not been paid. I have emails to prove this. They stated they need a current pay stub in an email I never received. Since the bill did not get paid on time, I asked for a refund. I paid a total of $124.49, but they charge a $29.99 non refundable fee, which leaves a balance of $94.50 due back to me. I have been back and forth with these people and now they are ignoring my emails and have not refunded my money. These people are a thieves and need to be stopped.
